Take exit 278 off Interstate 90 at Three Forks. We are 30 miles west of Bozeman, 60 miles east of Butte, and 65 miles south of Helena, the state Capitol. It is 110 miles to Yellowstone National Park and 256 miles to Glacier National Park. Nearby sites to see are the Madison Buffalo Jump, Lewis and Clark Caverns, Parker Homestead and Headwaters State Park, where the confluence of the Jefferson, Madison and Gallatin Rivers form the mighty Missouri River. Visit the 100 year old N.P. Trident Depot being renovated and preserved to be a Railroad-Trident Heritage Center. It is located in Milwaukee Park behind the orange caboose visitor information center in Three Forks.
